Set Up Your Event
Get participants, divisions, and registration into the event.

Run Your Event
Event day: weigh-ins, mats, scoring, and changes mid-tournament.
- Take walk-up registrations at the door Add a wrestler who shows up on event day, record cash or a check at the table, and mark a pay-at-door entry paid once the money is in hand.
- How do I add an exhibition match or dual during an event? Put an individual exhibition or full exhibition dual directly onto a running mat queue.
- Run the Mat Control Center The director's event-day screen. Load matches onto mats, set queue depth, spot a stalled mat, and unload when something has to change.
- Score matches at a table What the person at a scoring table does — start the clock, award points, handle periods, and submit a completed match — and what device they need to do it.
- Set up the Bout Board Put upcoming matches or live scores on a venue display, choose the mats and layout, and size the Bout Board so the room can read it.
When Something Goes Wrong
Fix a bad entry, a late wrestler, or a bracket, after matches are published.
- How do I fix a duplicate wrestler or wrong weight class after publishing? Correct an event-entry mistake while preserving bouts that are already active or complete.
- How do I add a late wrestler after publishing? Add someone missed at weigh-ins to an existing or new bracket without replacing the running tournament schedule.
- How do I change brackets after publishing matches? Swap wrestlers, expand a bracket, or add a bracket without unexpectedly replacing the schedule your tables are already using.
Registration Payments & Payouts
How parent payments are collected, when you get paid, and refunds.
- How registration payouts work Snapdown collects parent registration payments for you, shows your pending payout in real time, and sends your proceeds after your event.
- When you get paid Proceeds are sent after your event ends, typically within 3–5 business days, to the bank account on your Stripe payout profile.
- Set up payouts with Stripe Connect a Stripe payout account in about five minutes. Identity and bank details only, no card-processing paperwork, managed from the Express dashboard.
- Refunds and event cancellations Choose a purchaser refund policy and cutoff. Eligible refunds return the Tournament Registration Amount; System and Processing Fees are nonrefundable.
