Cancel your Snapdown PRO subscription

Snapdown PRO is a subscription sold through Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store, whichever you used to sign up. Snapdown never bills you directly and cannot cancel or refund a subscription on your behalf, so cancel it from your phone’s store settings instead.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap Snapdown.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also manage it from the App Store app: tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Tap Snapdown.
4. Tap Cancel subscription.

What to expect

Cancelling stops future renewals. PRO access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account reverts to basic access. Basic access, included at any event using Snapdown, is not affected.

For a refund on a recent charge, use Apple’s or Google’s own refund request process for your purchase — Snapdown has no ability to issue it directly.
