Register a team and manage its event roster

Team registration is for a coach or team representative entering an entire team. Each team in a division is one registration, with its own payment and event roster. Wrestlers added to that roster are not charged individual entry fees.

From the event’s public page, choose Register a Team. Enter the school or organization, optionally name the squad, and choose its division. Review the proposed team name; you can change it if the director needs a different name for that squad. Accept any event attestation and refund policy before paying.

A paid team’s roster opens after payment is confirmed. A free team can continue without card checkout. If the same organization is entering another division, register that division separately. It will have a separate roster and, when applicable, a separate payment.

Open My Event Rosters to find teams you registered or were invited to coach. Choose the event team to add wrestlers one at a time or Import roster from a spreadsheet. The event template includes its divisions, weight classes, and any seed information the director requests. Review the import preview before saving it.

Include a wrestler’s date of birth when you have it; it helps Snapdown link the correct wrestler profile. Check each wrestler’s division and weight class against the event’s rules. You can export the roster for review, and you can edit or remove wrestlers while roster editing remains open.

When the list is ready for the director, choose Mark ready. This is a status signal, not a lock. Editing the roster afterward clears the ready status, so mark it ready again after the correction. The director may set a deadline or lock the roster; once editing closes, ask the director to make or authorize further changes.

The director can manage your team’s roster too. See Manage event teams and coach roster access for how access, deadlines, and locks are controlled.

A new paid team may still be waiting for payment confirmation. Refresh its registration status, then check My Event Rosters again. An invited coach must use the account associated with the invitation email. The director can check the team entry and its roster managers if access still does not appear.
