"When's my kid up?"
You've heard this question a hundred times. You've probably asked it yourself.
The parent in the corner, refreshing their phone. Clicking through brackets, then mats, then back to brackets. Walking over to ask you because they gave up.
In Snapdown, parents open the app and see their wrestler. Where they are in the queue. When to head to the mat. They stop asking because they already know.
Running the event vs. watching it
Bracket views are great for seeing who won. Less great for figuring out what's happening right now across six mats.
Snapdown shows the whole event as it's running. All mats, all queues, one screen. You know what's on deck without clicking through divisions.
No ads. Not now, not ever.
Nobody wants a banner ad in their face while they're trying to see if their kid is up next.
Snapdown is a premium, professional experience — clean, fast, and the thing you want is already on the screen. No ads, no upsells mid-event, no hunting through three menus. When you sponsor the event, parents follow along free.
Flo bought Track. Now what?
FloArena looks nicer. Still takes too many clicks to find what you need. The polish is there, the efficiency isn't.
We're a small team. We run events on this software every weekend. When something's annoying, we feel it. When it's fixed, you get the update.
Who we are
Coaches. League directors. Parents who sat in gyms wondering when the next match was.
We didn't build this to compete with Track. We built it because we needed it ourselves, and once it existed, other people wanted it too.
"As a director, the event basically ran itself. The system tells you exactly how many matches out each wrestler is."
On price, it's closer than you think
Track will run your event. It's been doing it for years, and it works — but it's showing its age. Clunky screens for scorers, click-heavy brackets for parents. And once you add registration fees, it isn't necessarily cheaper.
Snapdown puts the difference into how the day feels for everyone in the gym: a premium, ad-free app parents actually enjoy, an interface built so your directors run events accurately start to finish, and a real person on the phone when you need one.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is Snapdown different from TrackWrestling?
Snapdown is a premium, ad-free experience built specifically for running events cleanly. Parents see their wrestler front and center instead of digging through brackets, directors get one live view of every mat and queue, and when you need help you get a real person who runs events every weekend — and answers fast.
Is Snapdown more expensive than TrackWrestling?
It's closer than you'd think. On base pricing we may cost a little more, but Track charges $2 per wrestler plus 3.15% per transaction if you use their registration — Snapdown includes registration at no extra cost. For many events the total comes out comparable. Either way, what you're buying with Snapdown is a modern experience: an ad-free app your families actually enjoy, an interface built so directors run events accurately, and a real person to help.
Is there an extra fee to use registration?
No. Snapdown includes a registration platform at no additional cost, and the price is the same whether wrestlers register through us or you import them directly. Registration funds go straight to your own account. For comparison, TrackWrestling charges $2 per wrestler plus 3.15% per transaction to use their registration system.
Can I switch from TrackWrestling to Snapdown?
Yes. Your first event includes a personal onboarding call where we help you set everything up the way you run it. Most directors are up and running well before their next event.
What tournament formats does Snapdown support?
Round robins, pools, brackets (4 to 64), double elimination, pool-to-bracket, and dual meets — the formats tournaments actually run.
Do parents have to pay to follow a tournament?
For tournament-sponsored events, no — parents get full app access included in your event pricing. They just download the app and follow along.
