Verified scholastic organizations can qualify for $0.70 per wrestler or $10 per team-division. Other qualifying nonprofits may also be eligible for discounted pricing. The standard activation fee still applies.

White-glove onboarding, scheduled well ahead of your event. You purchase your real tournament or league through checkout, then schedule an onboarding session with us. We will walk through your format, recommend a setup, provision a free practice event for your staff, and answer preparation questions as you work through it. Your table workers also get documentation and short videos. Your staff owns event-day operations.

Does Snapdown run our tournament for us?

Your staff runs tournament day. Well ahead of the event, you can schedule an onboarding session where we walk through your format and setup. We also provision a free practice event and answer preparation questions as you work through it. Individual and team tournaments are purchased through self-serve checkout.

Do parents have to pay for the app?

At a tournament, not for the basics. Your $1 per-entry fee covers basic access, so families can find their wrestler, see the mat, how many matches until they go, the bracket, and the result without paying. Live scoring as the match happens, push notifications, and advanced stats are a Snapdown PRO subscription at$5/mo that the parent buys.

Leagues work differently. A season fee has no per-entry component, so there is nothing funding an included tier — league app access is that same PRO subscription, paid by the parent rather than out of your league budget.

Who pays the card-processing fee?

Online card payments include a Payment Processing Fee. You can add it at checkout so the registrant pays it separately, or include it within your advertised registration price, in which case it is deducted from your proceeds. The purchase screen shows the full total before payment.

Can I see Snapdown before purchasing?

Yes. Get a walkthrough of Snapdown based on your format and questions, or request a free practice event where your staff can rehearse from start to finish. You can request either or both. Purchasing a real league or tournament is separate and happens at checkout.

Do we need special equipment?

No proprietary hardware is required. Snapdown runs on phones, tablets, and laptops you already have. For tournament scoring, we recommend a Chromebook or laptop at each mat with a monitor facing the crowd.
