What we collect
When you contact us or request a demo, we collect:

- Organization name
- Any information you provide in your message
When you use the Snapdown app or platform, we collect:
- Account information (name, email)
- Wrestler and team information you enter
- Match results and statistics
- Usage data to improve the service
When you visit snapdown.com, analytics and advertising tools collect the pages you view, the links you click, your device and browser, and your approximate location. See Analytics and advertising.
We also collect business contact information, such as a name and email address, that tournament and league organizers publish in public event listings.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Snapdown service
- Respond to your inquiries
- Send service-related communications
- Generate match statistics and reports
- Tell tournament and league organizers about Snapdown
- Measure how well our website and advertising work
Analytics and advertising
snapdown.com uses these services:
- Google Analytics measures which pages people visit and how they arrive.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click so we can find confusing pages.
- Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you visit our site and whether you send a demo or contact request. This lets us measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. What you type into our forms is never sent to Meta.
We may upload organizer email addresses to Meta so Snapdown ads reach those organizers. The addresses are hashed (converted to an unreadable code) before upload, and Meta uses them only to find matching accounts. We never upload wrestler, parent, or fan information to advertising platforms.
To opt out, adjust your Meta ad preferences, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or contact us to keep your email address out of our ad audiences and outreach.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information
- We don't share wrestler information with third parties for marketing
- We don't send marketing email to parents, wrestlers, or fans who haven't asked for it
- Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Children's privacy
Snapdown is used by youth wrestling organizations. Wrestler information is entered and managed by league administrators and coaches, not by children directly. Parents can view their child's information through the parent app.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
