A distributed Sunday league
Five locations. Ten sessions. One Sunday.
WOWL did not run one event in one building. Host clubs operated AM and PM sessions in parallel across the region while every event remained part of the same league season.
On January 11, Bellbrook, Kettering, Miami East, Sidney, and Kings each ran a morning and afternoon session. Directors could see the complete schedule without rebuilding teams or moving results between disconnected systems.

Central oversight, local operation
Give each worker exactly the access they need.
Seven league administrators managed the season. Across its events, WOWL used 72 distinct staff accounts and 563 event-role assignments. Most were deliberately narrow: 451 assignments granted scoring access for table workers without opening the full event configuration.
- ✓ League-level administrators maintain the shared season
- ✓ Regional directors can manage their own events
- ✓ Table workers can be limited to digital scoring
- ✓ Weigh-in access can be assigned independently
The format fit the wrestlers
Three matches and a real placement.
Four-person placement round robins were the workhorse of the season. Four wrestlers compete against one another, giving each wrestler three matches and producing an ordered first-through-fourth finish.

Four-person placement round robins
Snapdown retained 9,807 individual placement records across the season.
From final whistle to medal handoff
Placements were already sorted by team.
Directors could export the completed event into one formatted workbook. The Team Placements Summary grouped every first, second, third, fourth, and fifth-place finish by club, so medals and awards could be handed to each coach for distribution.
