Built inside a wrestling league
Sunday matchmaking used to take the whole week.
Snapdown grew out of an 18-team league with about 650 wrestlers. Directors spent 10–20 hours balancing weight, age, skill, teams, and rematches in a spreadsheet before every event.
Then kids did not show and the spreadsheet stopped matching the gym. Snapdown keeps the teams, rosters, check-ins, matchups, results, ratings, and championships connected so every weekend starts with the season behind it.
A season, not disconnected events
Every weekend makes the next one smarter.

Check in who is there
Start each event from attendance, not an outdated spreadsheet built days earlier.
- 03

Records, rankings, reports, and prior opponents are ready for next week and the championship.
Custom matchup algorithms
Better groups from the wrestlers who actually show up.
Snapdown evaluates the whole checked-in pool using weight, age, skill, performance, team, and opponent history. It builds the strongest overall set of groups instead of making one good matchup while leaving the rest of the room with poor ones.
- ✓ Generate competitive groups after check-in, not days before
- ✓ Reduce repeat opponents without sacrificing competitive groups
- ✓ Use real results to improve ranks and future recommendations
- ✓ Preserve director judgment before anything is published

Frequently Asked Questions
How does league matchmaking work?
After check-in, Snapdown considers coach rank, weight, age, performance, team, and prior opponents to build balanced groups from the wrestlers who are actually there. Real results improve the recommendations throughout the season.
Can we run weekly events and a season-ending tournament?
Yes. Run ability-based weekly matchups, scheduled dual meets, or a combination during the regular season, then use the same teams and rosters for your all-star or championship tournament. Season records and event history stay connected.
What can league directors see across the season?
League administrators can review every event, match totals, event duration, per-mat throughput, wrestler history, standings, and rank recommendations from one league-level view.
How do coaches and parents use Snapdown?
Coaches can manage rosters, check in wrestlers, view schedules, and follow team results. Parents can follow their wrestler, see upcoming matches and results, and keep their season history in the mobile app. Detailed app features are available with a $5/month subscription.
How much does league software cost?
$250 per season, including unlimited league events, wrestlers, matches, and teams. There are no per-wrestler league fees. Every new league also receives personal setup help, training, help documentation, walkthrough videos, and ongoing support.
Can we see it with our league structure?
Yes. We can walk through your event cadence, teams, check-in process, matchmaking rules, and championship format so you can see how Snapdown fits before committing.
